BtoB sales powered by a data-driven approach
The project in detail
10h11 helped Wings Wine, a major SME in the Bordeaux Grands Crus sector, to improve its complex sales process by automating repetitive tasks and prioritizing quality time with the customer. How? Thanks to an intuitive customer interface and an automated quotation process powered by APIs and robots.
The need
Wings Wine, established in 1995, specializes in the sale of Bordeaux Grands Crus. His exceptional sales process involved responding to requests from customers around the world, consulting several wine brokerage sites for up-to-date rates, examining winery inventory, and calculating the purchase price before making an offer to the customer. This set of tasks, while necessary, was time-consuming and could potentially distract company staff from qualitative customer interactions.
The solution
We completely redesigned the Wings Wine sales process. By creating an interface that allows customers to choose wine based on their criteria and automatically receive a quote and a call from Wings, we automated most of the repetitive tasks. As a result, Wings customer service was able to focus on the quality of customer interactions, improving their overall experience. This transformation has been made possible through the innovative use of data, APIs, and robots.
The results
Our intervention radically transformed the Wings Wine sales process. Time-consuming tasks have been automated, allowing company staff to devote more time to customer relationships and providing quality advice. Customers now benefit from a smoother experience, with an automatic quote and a call according to their selection. Thus, 10h11's data-driven approach allowed Wings Wine to optimize its operations and significantly improve customer satisfaction.
