AGIPI called on 10h11 to centralize its information from various sources, including its partners, social networks and internal management software. The objective was to create a dashboard to monitor the performance of marketing operations and to better understand and analyze its customers. 10h11 met the challenge by setting up automations to retrieve information and creating the scores and KPIs necessary to interpret the data. A management dashboard and its associated query tool have also been set up.
Perspectives
