Terms and Conditions

Article 1 - Purpose
These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationships between 10h11 SAS (hereinafter "the Provider") and its clients (hereinafter "the Client") for data consulting, data visualization, and dashboard development services.
Article 2 - Services
The Provider offers services including:
- Data collection and engineering
- Analysis and business intelligence
- Dashboard design and development
- Training and support
Article 3 - Quotes and Orders
All services are subject to a prior quote. The quote is valid for 30 days from its issue date. The order is considered firm upon receipt of the quote signed by the Client.
Article 4 - Pricing
Prices are expressed in euros excluding taxes. The applicable VAT is that in force on the day of invoicing. Prices are those indicated in the quote accepted by the Client.
Article 5 - Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in the quote, payment terms are as follows:
- 30% upon order
- 40% at midpoint
- 30% upon delivery
Invoices are payable within 30 days of the issue date. Any late payment will result in late payment penalties at a rate of 3 times the legal interest rate.
Article 6 - Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, deliverables created as part of the service are exclusively transferred to the Client upon full payment. The Provider retains the right to mention the work in its commercial references.
Article 7 - Confidentiality
The Provider undertakes to treat all information communicated by the Client as confidential. This obligation continues for 5 years after the end of the contractual relationship.
Article 8 - Liability
The Provider's liability is limited to the amounts actually received under the relevant contract. The Provider cannot be held responsible for indirect damages.
Article 9 - Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days written notice. In case of termination, services already rendered remain due.
Article 10 - Disputes
In case of dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Bordeaux, France.
