Numerous devices have been put in place in the company to automate requests with data, to distribute the agendas according to the needs of each and the projects in progress, but also according to the new rules which young parents undergo.
It is this last feature that was retained! Indeed, the schools are closed. This phenomenon, coupled with the difficulty of projecting on their reopenings, gave rise to the acceptance of special leaves allowing certain engineers, young parents, to divide their working time according to the children at home.
“This device would not have been possible before if we did not have an automated data management of our workloads mirroring our leave requests like team calendars. It’s very useful.”
This initiative sets the tone for possible devices today when corporate data is one with the societal and human challenges of employees.
